- Undertaking repairs to ensure properties are safe, secure, clean and fit to live in
- Maintaining properties in reasonable repair.
- Holding the Security Deposit during the term of the lease, and returning deposit (assuming no costs are to be deducted) after a final inspection has been carried out.
- To adhere to the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.
